I've noticed my wheezing is back as well! The 16:8 window worked for my initial weight drop. Then with work schedule I had to flip around 12:12/16:8/ 14:10. Now with the diabetes I'm watching the carbs and calories more closely. I'm sticking with IF as well- the data is too strong to ignore.
